The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is close to the central train station and all the touristy sites. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a massive telly and a very comfortable bed. The staff members were friendly and polite, providing excellent service. The breakfast, while not extensive, was good with a small but satisfying selection.

The bar service could improve, as it took a while for the staff to take orders even though there were multiple people working.

The hotel offered really good customer service, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect, easily accessible to key attractions and within walking distance to various restaurants. the room was modern and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short. The breakfast selection was slightly scaled back, with not as many fresh fruit options and no option to order eggs a la carte.

The Pullman Toulouse Centre Ramblas was great with comfortable beds, excellent location near the old town, and great restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my birthday special with a handwritten note and a thoughtful gift. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including lovely bathrobes. The complimentary coffee, water, and soft drinks were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Toulouse.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman hotel in Toulouse. The staff were very good too ensure my comfort. One particular incident stood out to me. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, but the reception staff immediately upgraded me to a superior room with two large beds. It was quiet and spacious, and they even provided free bottled water in the mini bar. The level of service was really good. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. I had a fantastic experience at Pullman Toulouse and would definitely stay here again.
